Ryan and Shannon are now located at the Meri J Ranch in Beloit, WI; just minutes off from both interstate 43 and 90. The total facility holds close to 72 stalls, including the stalls in the broodmare barn; which are all heated in the winter. It includes a full viewing room, restroom facilities, wash rack with hot and cold water, laundry facilities, and 2 tack rooms. In addition, it has a huge indoor and outdoor arena, a hot walker, tons of turn out pastures, and those are just some of the many amenities that await you there.
The Meri J Ranch also offers a full range of breeding facilities. They have a with a whole separate barn dedicated to just that, which is full of an up to date breeding laboratory and the best in veterinary care, all in order to accommodate the many mares brought in to breed to many studs that they stand on the property. If you wish to view any of the studs please visit www.merijranch.com.
The Meri J Ranch has been part of the McKillips family for over 3 generations. We invite all of you to stop by and check out the new facilities and hopefully we will help you find your next winner as there are TONS of great horses available for your consideration, one of them could be your next big champion!! Pictures will be provided soon of both the facilities and horses for sale.
Although they are now working at the Meri J, they still adhere to and abide by the same standards that they have provided for the last 5 years.
Ryan and Shannon take pride in the fact that they specialize in everything from breaking colts out, to taking someone to the very top. They have customers that compete in halter, western, english, all around as well as some that just do futurity classes. They also have some customers that just like to come and see their horses do good at the shows and have no interest in showing at all.
When people bring in a new horse, the McKillips think that it is important to assess what each and everyone's goals are. That way they can help accommodate them. Ryan and Shannon know that goals can always change, but they think it is very important to start out with something. Otherwise you don't know where your going and you then do not strive to get anywhere.
